WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns or issue any refunds except in the case of manufacturing defects.

HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
All of your purchased items will be carefully packed and shipped to you via airmail (where applicable).

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
To view your shipping cost, simply choose your country of destination from the drop-down menu when you purchase your product(s) at the checkout.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

NOTE:

Delivery times are only estimates and may/may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Singapore Post, Natural Pharma Pte. Ltd. and/or Dui Clinique AS.
Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/offices of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc. are subject to customs inspection and clearance.
For festive posts/parcels to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail and 20 working days for surface mail to the above estimated delivery time.
Any tax payable at destination country will be payable by the customer.
