This bi-phase eye make-up cleanser is gentle yet effective. It easily removes heavy or waterproof eye make-up and leaves the skin moist and soft

Instructions Shake the bottle before use. Pour some on a damp cotton wool and wipe your eyes gently to clean make-up away with the filled cotton wool. Follow this with the Dui Cleansing Tonic to remove any excess cleanser and to tone the skin.
